Growing up in a cozy corner of Middleton, Nova Scotia, my heart has always belonged to people- it could be a simple one on one conversation or the energy of a crowd – both have always filled me with complete joy and contentment.
From a very young age I loved volunteering my time visiting with elderly in our small community and helping others- of all ages. Ive always had a love for children. As a young teenager, I found myself babysitting for a local dentist’s family. Little did I know, that dentist would change the course of my life forever. Recognizing my passion for connecting with others, he suggested I consider a career in dental hygiene. Fast forward 15 years, and here I am—still relishing in the art of conversation as a Registered Dental Hygienist, advocating for better oral health habits – one smile at a time.
But my journey didn’t stop there. Fuelled by a deep-rooted love for exploration, as a young adult, I spread my wings and found myself here in Cold Lake, Alberta. It was here that I met my husband and we embarked on the adventure of a lifetime, raising our beautiful children amidst the chaos and charm of family life.
As fate would have it, my knack for connecting with people led me to a new endeavor: Get Booked Inc. In the midst of juggling motherhood and work, I found myself drawn to the challenge of selling our innovative booking platform to local businesses. Armed with a passion for people and a penchant for socializing, I dove headfirst into the world of sales.
