Our Picnic Eventures can be enjoyed by both adults & children

  • Picnic for 8 Includes: large table, centrepiece, runner, placemats or charger plates, dinner plates, glasses, cutlery (fork, knife & spoon), napkins & throw pillows
  • Food and Drinks not included
  • Clients can either choose to pick up & drop off items or for an additional charge, Exquisite Eventures can do the set up & take down for you
  • Travel kms will apply for set up & take down outside a 50km radius

• $1.50 per additional Km •
When figuring out additional kms, include kms for both the set up and the take down
Example: If your location is 75kms, you would be over your 50km radius by 25kms the trip there and 25kms the trip back (for the set up portion) for a total of 50kms over the radius. You would then also need to add the same amount of additional kms for the take down making the total extra travel kms 100kms
